Location, attentive staff, beautiful breakfast with amazing views. The pool & spa area was lovely, again with stunning views.

Everything perfect, the apartment is beautiful, with a nice terrace and a well-equipped kitchen, and the owner was very kind with us. We absolutely recommend it!

I have stayed in many hotels around the world- but this one takes the cake. The service was incredible, unlike anything we have experienced. The food, the room, the attention to details- all absolutely amazing.

Just wow. I'm a remote worker and used the hotel as a base where I could work in the morning and discover in the afternoon and it was perfect for it. There are a few rooms where I could sit and have some meetings, internet is quite fast and the view it helps a lot getting through some emails and boring chores. We (myself, my partner and our cat) found the whole hotel super comfy at any level. The hotel is places on a hill and very close to different villages and, as far as we can see you can even walk or get the bus. I've spent most of my time looking outside of the window or just walking outside with our cat on the leash. Breakfast is pretty simple but there is anything you need to get ready to hit the ski slopes. We also had dinner and it was very good... we've loved their deserts but also the parmigiana was super yummy. The place is extremely quiet that helped us recovering from the trip from NL we had over the last two days. Last thing and most important thing, the people are amazing and specifically Ivone that has been making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Every aspect of my stay was simply flawless, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better.Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel allowed me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury and sophistication. From the elegantly designed common areas to the carefully curated art and decor, every detail contributed to the hotel's overall splendor. The seamless check-in and check-out process was yet another testament to the hotel's efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent experience. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Kempinski on my future visits to St.Moritz. A perfect 10, without a doubt!

Our stay was exceptional — the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel provided an Engadin Card, which allowed us to enjoy complimentary rides on cable cars and funiculars with breathtaking views of St. Moritz. But what truly made the experience memorable was David’s remarkable kindness. After check-out, we encountered an unexpected car issue, and David kindly contacted the insurance company on our behalf and helped resolve the problem. Thanks to his care and support, we were able to return to the airport safely. We are sincerely grateful for his assistance — he made our visit to St. Moritz an unforgettable experience.
