The staff and owners went above and beyond our expectations. They were very helpful with all of our needs and questions. They met us at the top of the cable car late at night to pick us and our many bags up without even telling us - what a nice way to begin our stay. The breakfasts were great with a variety of options and I especially loved the self serve smoothie bar! Loved the hotel amenities including the fun pool and relaxing saunas. Special thanks to Suzanna and Carla for their exceptional hospitality and kind hearts. We hope to be back to this gem again soon!

The Sonnenberg dormitories was simply enchanting, a place so beautiful it left me overwhelmed. The staff and the manager were incredibly warm and welcoming, making my stay genuinely enjoyable. I am deeply grateful for the experience. And the food? It was delicious!

In a quiet location in the centre of the car-free village of Mürren, the Sportchalet is just 300 metres from the ski area. It offers tennis courts, free Wi-Fi, a bar, and a sun terrace.

The staff are very friendly and warm! The environment is great too! Although the bathrooms are shared, they are very clean. It's close to the tennis courts and the snow mountain 🏔️. The nearby cable car station is about a 7-8 minute walk away. Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely book here again.^_^

The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren.

Everyone and everything here was amazing ! The young lady who checked us in at reception was so nice and helped with all we needed to know about the area .. the guys in the restaurant and the bar also extremely nice .. cocktails were exceptional! Best Negroni I ever had .. absolutely beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay here. the hotel food was good and the view from the rooms was amazing. I forgot a personal item and the hotel was kind enough to mail it to me in Canada! Exceptional service and would 100% stay there again.
