Staff is very attentive. We were traveling with 1.5 yo toddler and they helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is cozy. The restaurant is good, food and service are great. Mountain view is amazing. Given that Mürren is pretty expensive and the views are fantastic, it's great value for the price.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

Stunning location, ski in-ski out directly on a blue piste. Extremely welcoming staff, attention to detail that make a comfortable and homely stay - good quality duvets and comfy mattresses, games for kids/adults, complimentary tea/juice in the rooms, flexible check out. The chef is excellent, we stayed 3 nights and ate there every evening with great veggie options and good beer! Important to communicate in advance regarding arrival logistics.

Everything. The stuff very helpful and they exceeded my needs and provided the best services that I could have. Even if the hotel is a 4 star, I could say that the experience I had here was like in a 5 star hotel, the best, like in a Mandarin oriental.

Everything was above expectations. The host Chris was amazing. We had a very warm welcome. We enjoyed our stay very much. And we end up going back again the day after 😀 I truly recommend it, and I'm differently going back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. They provide Breakfast buffet and it was quite nice. Also, the view from the mountain facing rooms is AMAZING!! Location is fantastic!! Close to train station and Cable Car station, lots of little shops and restaurants around - very convenient. Ben at the Front Desk was also extremely helpful and friendly. I loved my stay here.
