Really comfortable and peaceful stay. Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much

Location is literally next to the train station. Perfect for a stop over to visit chapel bridge, stroll the old town and the bus to mt pilatus cable car station is just across the street. Rooms were big and comfortable. There were fruits in the room and 2 big bottles of drinks. The staffs were amazing and kind from the time we checked in till the time we left. They, gave excellent advise and food suggestions. I lost my beanie and they were prompt to search for it as I was checking out and found it so my head and ears would not be cold as I left. Thank you for the wonderful memory!

Beautiful cozy hotel with amazing hosts. They made sure my family and I felt super welcomed all through out our stay. This place is 10 to 15 min from the main Luzerne city center - on a serene hill with great views.

Mountain location; quietness except for the lovely cow bells; well-appointed apartment; easy access to the apartment from the car (parked right out front); no stairs to climb; 20 minute drive to Lucerne; lovely clean apartment with a great kitchen. Most importantly, the host Claudia was delightful and friendly.

Beautiful authentic castle rooms offer you fantastic views of the lake and the Inner Swiss mountains. All Junior Suites have a private indoor pool.

Location is great. Has a wonderfull garden with luzern lake view. Free parking area. I reserved the suite room. It was large enough and well decorated. Has a big private bathroom and big balcony. Sauna is free. Coffe and tea is free all the time on second floor. Receptionist girl was very nice and helpfull. Also the hotel has a very good restaurant.

Amazing staff. The family that runs the hotel are very polite , open , and generous people. Location is amazing. Hotel is a jewel inside (very nicely decorated). We got a free upgrade to a superior room with lake view. Lake view is unbelievable.
