I arrived 3 hours before check-in to leave my luggage, but I was told that I could already check in because the room was ready, which made me very happy, a big plus. The rooms, bed linens, bathroom, and toilets are very clean. Each bed has a light and a socket. The hostel is modern and very comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Also, the view from the window was great !

Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

What a wonderful experience. The tiny eco lodges are perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway, yet close to all the exciting activities Interlaken has to offer. The small unit consists of a comfy bed nook with picturesque views, a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, a rather spacious bathroom, and a charming outside area. The smart layout with additional storage below the bed and seating area provides more space and comfort than originally anticipated. Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. And it truly isn’t an exaggeration to say that the views ARE gorgeous!

Mario’s place was spacious and amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook a full meal, and there was a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. The apartment is a short 8mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario! I will definitely return to this apartment in the future!

This beautiful little Chalet is in a perfect location just a short walk from Interlaken and a half an hour drive to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. The Chalet was very comfortable, clean and cosy and had everything we needed for self catering. The host was very helpful and polite and responded to our questions or queries promptly.

An excellent accommodation in Interlaken. Short walk from Interlaken West train station, near stores and groceries, but still a quiet area. The view from the property is great (you can even see people paragliding). The instruction of the host for luggage deposit and key collection is very clear (they even have marks with your name on to lead you on the correct way). The host is very responsive. A good place to experience a local Swiss chalet.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau.
