Friendly staff Special thanks to Andreas Hotel Manager for picking us up from the train and we appreciated welcome drinks and chocolate. Great breakfast . Relaxing setting. Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. The hotel location DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE.. it is ridiculously so close to the station with such a great view and vantage points to the Mountains…. And of course, THE OUTDOOR JACUZZI is an amazing touch !!
