Very nice accomodation, new, clean, and well equipped. View on the lake from the terrace. Friendly and helpful owner. Lake entrance with small beach within 5 minutes walk. Nice place for hiking, cycling and paddleboarding.

The facility is outstanding. It has a well-equipped JYM and Yoga studio, a spa area with saunas, a very good breakfast, and a public area (cafe, library). It is very clean and has a very Nordic design. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Good location. 5 minutes driving to Gerlitzen ski resort and about an hour to all major resorts like Flachau, Obertauern. Really kind hostess willing to take care of everything you need. Extremely clean apartment, each room has its own bathroom. Spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked apartment for 6 person and everyone had privacy, there are max 3 beds per room.

Apart of me Villach is situated in the centre of Villach and offers an apartment with free WiFi and mountain views. Lake Faak is 4 km away and Lake Ossiacher See is within 6 km.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. The property is as good or better than the photos. The Zorn family and staff are very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast as first class with a large variety of local produce. In 2 days we managed to fit in a swim and SUP at the private beach, went for a hike at Gerlitzen, and borrowed the Marienhof bikes for a ride around the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer… there is so much to do.
