Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice and clean appartment. We didn't miss simply anything. The host provided all the information about points of interest like tracks for climbing and biking and thermal bath etc and both of them were very pleasant. We enjoyed great time in the location.

It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.

The apartment house is very well positioned close to the ski lift. There is private parking for the guests. A thermal bath and restaurants are also close by. The apartment is well equipped and the house is newly furnished. The location is close to the center but still very quiet, there is no traffic noise. The contact person immediately responded to our questions.

We spent our vacation at Hotel Sonnenheim and were absolutely delighted with our stay. We had a beautiful room with terrace, with everything we needed for the night. The room was clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly, making sure we were alright The breakfast was delicious with juices, some baked goods, jams and cheeses and we were served eggs and ham. The location is a few minutes away by car from the thermal baths. I really recommend a stay here where you’ll feel comfortable and at home. Hope to come back again

Very friendly owners and overall comfortable stay. Close to the slopes if you want to ski in BKK (5-7 minutes walk in ski boots), bus stop (for skiing in St.Oswald) is also reachable in ski boots. The bed and linens were comfortable, nice view from the balcony. Recommended!
