The location was ideal. Walking distance from the train station and right at the start of the pedestrianised zone. The river was not far and I could see the surrounding hills/mountains from the window. The room was finished to an extremely high standard and was comfortable and homely. It was useful to have cooking facilities and the dishwasher was a nice treat. The automatic check-in screen/keycard dispenser worked fine.

Amazing stay in Lienz , the staff are friendly, welcoming and looking for your comfort. Room are large and the beds are comfortable We had dinner at the restaurant, I loved everything they presented and staff also friendly. Breakfast great especially with freshly baked croissants and pastries, they serve egg according to your request, the staff are nice since the offered chicken mortadella when we discovered that one is pork and we don't eat it and they prepared it next day They have spa but i didn't tried it due shortage of time I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel! We loved everything about the hotel. It exceeded our expectations. It is a comparatively small hotel providing high quality services. All staff were very kind and hospitable. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious with a terrace and view over the lake. Cleaning was provided daily. Excellent spa area and swimming pool. The restaurant provides a diverse menu featuring an array of exquisite dishes crafted with the finest ingredients.
