We really enjoy the perfect location of the apartment and the view from the fifth floor is just amazing. The apartment was very well, equipped, clean, cozy, and big enough for whole family. In the lobby of the building is also small shop with groceries.

The facility is outstanding. It has a well-equipped JYM and Yoga studio, a spa area with saunas, a very good breakfast, and a public area (cafe, library). It is very clean and has a very Nordic design. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. We had dinner relevant to a 5 star restaurant meal, freshly cooked and one of the best breakfast for a small place like this. Good luck to the people owning this place! The accommodation was modern, clean, and very well equipped. Parking was available right next to the house. We appreciated the private entrance and the private terrace. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the city center and shops. The main train station was about a 20-minute walk away.

Lokation is ok, it's not in the center but we came to Villach for skiing so it didn't matter. Apartment was well heated by the check-in time which was a Pleasant surprise after a long day of skiing beforehand. It also has floor heating which is really nice. It's very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities

The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).
