The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. We had dinner relevant to a 5 star restaurant meal, freshly cooked and one of the best breakfast for a small place like this. Good luck to the people owning this place! They xeginetely know how to manage and earntouristwith their warm hospitality.
