Our family went to this place in Christmas. The place was very cozy with a fireplace. During our stay it snowed, however there are covered parking spaces so no need to clean the car. The wintertrails are just couple of 100 meters far away so if you are not skiing you can spend days there. The ski slopes are just 5 minitues far away by car. The appartment is close to the main road so is is easy to find the way. Although the road is close the appartmen faces to the mountains so it is very quite place.

Spacious rooms and places. House is in the center next to a lake and with summer card it's free for entry. Thanks to the summer card we saved more money having used cable cars, alpine roads etc. There are numerous restaurant near at hand by walk. Good starting point to reach almost everything in the region. From sauna house outlook is wonderful.

The view from our room directly onto the ski slope is amzing, it really helped to get ourselves from the bed early on the morning. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. The sauna area was a perfect place to unwind after a long day on the slopes. Our children were especially delighted with the friendly cats roaming around the property, adding a charming touch to the overall atmosphere. This is a beautiful family-friendly place with a wonderful ambiance, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

This is a real Austrian family guesthouse. The owners are extremely helpful. Although the room is not the newest, it is clean and well furnished. The access road is easily accessible even in heavy snow. The guesthouse is within walking distance of the cable car, McDonald's and an excellent Steakhouse... An good option if you want accommodation in the Haus area.
