Excellent location , had everything we needed around it and good transportation to Al Haram. The best thing is that all proceeds from the hotel go to charity.

Professional and friendly staff and they treat all customers with great respect and professonalism. Samira, in particular, was very kind and when we complained to her about the view, she instantly offered us a room upgrade to a better room with a better view. Our stay there was very pleasant one, highly recommended.
