I am travelling everywhere for business. and stayed in many hotels in KSA , Dubai , India , Egypt and Malaysia But I couldn't find amazing, unique services like I found in Sheraton Makkah. Really I enjoyed every moment. Staff are so cooperative, they did upgrade for my room I booked by booking just when I told it's narrow. without any extra fees.they gave me big suit. Nothing more to tell except, this is the best experience with hotels all over the world

Just the name of sheraton is good otherwise not good value for money The only good thing about this property is the housekeeping staff abdul aleem, if i am not writing it wrong. Very hardworking soft spoken and always ready to help. I have read the comments before as well for this boy. He truly deserves every appreciation. Thanks if you are reading this.

My wife and I always stays at Sheraton jabal alkaaba which is situated right next door to Shaza hotel never occurred to us to stay at Shaza until this time . What can I say ??it is a big discovery for us .the hotel is a proper 5 stars on all aspects. The food is perfect the staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are very spacious clean and luxurious.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and always at our service. Uzzal Hossen was looking after our room! It was always perfectly clean and tidy! Also the food was outstanding! Every morning we had a vague tu of delicious specialities to choose from. I would highly recommend the stay at the Sheraton to everyone willing to perform umrah! Takabala Allah

Room service available round the clock. Fast check in and check out procedure. Early check in request accepted. Front desk dealing very polite. Free underground parking provided easily. Strong wifi signals and connectivity. They have four towers and multiple lifts. No rush in lifts even at the time of prayer. Comfortable rooms. Shuttle service takes hardly 5 minutes from hotel to Al Haram and dropping near Sheraton and Shaza hotel toward extension side.
