Everything was perfect. The hotel provided early check in at 8 a.m. The room was spacious with an excellent view to the twin towers. Cleanlines was at a high level. The staff was very helpful, special thanks to Danny, who arranged our transfer to the airport.

Everything. The smell in the lobby was so nice & calm. The room was spacious. The bed & pillows were so comfortable. The hotel staff were nice & friendly, especially during our breakfast, Mr. Hassan remembered us and our favourite drinks even though he just met us twice as we stayed for 2 nights only. We will surely come back.

The front desk was extremely helpful and Fatima really helped me a lot through out my stay. I was having a late night check in and an early morning check out, thus, she went on and above for my stay and helped me with the booking of the airport taxi in an early morning of 0400 and their manager ensured me an safe journey which was heart-warming. Moreover, the breakfast which was included in the stay was delicious and out of my expectations. The most grateful thing for me was since i was having an early flight, the hotel still packed me the breakfast in such an early hour.

The breakfast wide variety, the facilities especially outdoor park, mini waterpark, kids club was very lovely and my daughter enjoy it to fullest. The staff were very friendly especially I'm Malaysian and of course I'm speaking Malaysia, they love to speak Malaysia with me. Some other hotel around KLCC their staff refuse to speak Malaysia eventho they are Malaysian. The staff very lovely attend all request from me and my children. They are very helpful and kids friendly. Thanks Four Points by Sheraton KLCC.

The Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur is truly exceptional! The staff is extremely courteous, going above and beyond in service, with a fantastic concierge who even arranged a magical trip to see fireflies. Cleanliness is not compromised here, luxury is present in every corner and the rooms offer absolutely amazing city views. The hotel's remarkable performance indeed reflects the highest standards in hospitality. A world-class stay I would highly recommend!
