The staffs are very accommodating and helpful, serene environment, tasty food and great hospitality and facilities. Excellent staff's interaction and services, prompt response and very proactive. Enjoyed my stay at this property and highly recommended.

Four Points By Sheraton Chennai OMR, prides itself to be the first hotel in OMR to open an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station. The friendly attitude of the staff and their dedicated enthusiasm to ensure every aspect of my short stay was catered for. In particular Ram who sorted out my stay and all my requests prior to my arrival. Sriavani at the desk who efficiently dealt with my requests whilst at the property. John and Madhan who were always present when i needed assistance with local amenities. Samir in the restaurant was a great assistance in helping my choices with the local cuisine and attentive to my needs throughout the meals. Sameri was always willing to assist if i had any questions. All in all it was like visiting friends and family who all showed empathy and professionalism throughout my short stay. THANK YOU
