She personally handled my late checkout extension, provided excellent dining recommendations that kept us dining in-house, and showed genuine care throughout our stay. Her professionalism and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The housekeeping team impressed us with handwritten welcome notes and beautiful origami touches. Everything exceeded expectations - spotless rooms, great location, excellent food quality, and staff who truly go above and beyond. This stay felt like home due to Mahima's leadership and the team's dedication to guest satisfaction.

As we had checked out at bout 9.30 a.m. instead of 12noon, Post function we were required to change our attire, Ms. Shraddha made us comfortable by extending all assistance to do so by providing a space with comfort and offered a cup of tea , for which payment was politely refused and it was informed to us that the tea was complimentary as we stayed at Sheraton.
