Mr. Nilesh at the reception was very polite and helpful. He provided us early check in for my senior citizen parents and helped us with all our queries and requests through out our stay. Breakfast and Dinner had a wide variety and the food was amazing. Restaurant staff and managers were very welcoming and made sure we are comfortable and enjoying our meals. Kudos to the whole team to make our trip very comfortable and enjoyable.

As we had checked out at bout 9.30 a.m. instead of 12noon, Post function we were required to change our attire, Ms. Shraddha made us comfortable by extending all assistance to do so by providing a space with comfort and offered a cup of tea , for which payment was politely refused and it was informed to us that the tea was complimentary as we stayed at Sheraton.
