The staffs in the hotel remember the guests by name that is hardly practised nowadays. The concierge Mr Reidi went the extra mile and he took the initiative to direct the Grab driver to the hotel lobby who initially having issue to find the lobby.

Exactly what you would expect; outstanding facilities. The shower was really good. Everything felt clean, staff were attentive

The breakfast is excellent. There is a different theme everyday and you will not be bored with the food.
