Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas. The staff at the Sheraton were fabulous. From the front desk reception, to the bar and restaurant to check-out the people were kind, understanding and helpful. Dick Yi - food and beverages manager was spectacular. I had a problem with something, I emailed the hotel, they put me in touch with Dick and he was on to solving the problem in minutes. It was really great. He followed up to make sure we were getting everything we needed. Penny, the contact from the hotel, was great as well. And I had an issue on the check out because I had used wechat to pay but wanted to use my American credit card and Annie, the contact, figured it out and refunded the RMB for the deposit back to my Chinese bank account and put it on my credit card. Problem solved. I have live din Beijing for seven years and this was, by far, the best experience of any hotel I have stayed at throughout China. The beach access was great and the pools and the choices you have about which one to lounge around at was sublime. The drinks were luscious, the activities for children every day a bonus, the Chinese restaurant food is a delight. The breakfast -- it's out of control good -- I am not sure if there is anything they didn't have. Our room was quiet and very comfortable -- great shower and tub. I am not sure what else to say -- if you are going to Yalong Bay go here. You will be very happy.

The hotel has a coastal pool and 8 hot spring pools with water from 700 metres underground. The hotel has 4 restaurants and lounges. Free parking is provided. The whole hotel was absolutely fabulous, I don't understand why it doesn't have a 10/10 rating. Communication 100%, replies from the hotel nonstop within a couple of hours. Super meeting, staff at the reception can speak English. Very chilled room, daily meticulous cleaning, breakfast divine, beach about ten meters from the hotels.

Yalong Bay Railway Station is around 25 minutes' drive away. An airy hotel with large clean rooms and well kept grounds and pool. A good 10 minute walk to the beach, which was difficult to find. This is the first place that accepted Visa.
