Situated on Sheikh Zayed road in Dubai, Sheraton Grand Hotel is a stylish, non-smoking hotel that offers picturesque views of Dubai skyline. Located at a 10-minute stroll away from World Trade Centre metro station. It features a temperature-controlled rooftop pool and free WiFi access in all areas. Everything, the staff from the general manger , other mangers and staff members in all section and premises of the hotel were great , they treated us like a family . My son was a special need boy and they made his stay a happy memory he will never forget specially in the new year eve. Also the room was very convertible and the location was excellent.

Our Sheraton hotel in Dubai boasts modern leisure facilities, allowing guests to enjoy a range of pampering spa treatments at our Spa, stay fit at Sheraton Fitness, and take a refreshing dip in our rooftop outdoor swimming pools. Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the Executive Club.

Dubai International Convention and Trade Centres are 2 km away. They prepared something for my birthday and upgraded my room, all because I was there on my birthday. Their care and service is exceptional. It meant a lot to me. Thank you to all the staff!

The gym looks out over the swimming pool and children’s pool. The staff. They make your stay as pleasant as can be. You feel welcome, you feel loved, you feel at home. Everyone is looking to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Nikhil in housekeeping and Dina at the front desk. I also liked that the hotel has a number of restaurants, always spoilt for choice.

We also loved the convenience of the hotel's location, which was perfect for exploring the area. We can't wait to return for a longer visit!".
