The family-friendly place that suits our family. Convenient location and the staff, Mr Amr, was very attentive and accommodating.

It has a gym, an outdoor pool and complimentary WiFi is available in the rooms. The hotel is a walking distance to a 24-hour supermarket with delivery facility. The rooms are just amazing. It is the most convenient option in JBR areas. Everything is walking distance, food, pharmacy, carrefour and all day market, salon, JBR The Walk, Starbucks. The hotel has a cafe downstairs and a salon within the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and room service is quick.

Dubai International Convention and Trade Centres are 2 km away. The courtesy of the staff I dealt with especially Martin, Alvin who was very much welcoming and helpful. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The ambience of the location and the cozyness of the property. This was my second stay at the property in a span of 6months

All rooms and suites at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai include Sheraton’s signature bed and a 55-inch interactive LCD TV. Every room has a minibar, hot drink facilities and a well-lit work desk. We loved our stay, room and facilities were excellent, the breakfast was superb and the pool area was a great place to relax. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite and acknowledged us every day, from security, bellman, housekeeper and the restaurant breakfast team. The free shuttle to the mall and beach was a great service

Amazing location and facilities. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Had a lovely Chinese in the hotel and loved the relaxed atmosphere of the goose and buns pub.
