The staff are excellent especially a few names I could recollect, they made my stay quite fulfilling

All rooms and suites at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai include Sheraton’s signature bed and a 55-inch interactive LCD TV. Every room has a minibar, hot drink facilities and a well-lit work desk. We loved our stay, room and facilities were excellent, the breakfast was superb and the pool area was a great place to relax. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite and acknowledged us every day, from security, bellman, housekeeper and the restaurant breakfast team. The free shuttle to the mall and beach was a great service

The gym looks out over the swimming pool and children’s pool. The house keeping staff Nikhil was very caring for my father's needs and requirements in the room. The Hata restaurant breakfast staffs were all very helpful and prompt in their service.

Amazing location and facilities. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Had a lovely Chinese in the hotel and loved the relaxed atmosphere of the goose and buns pub.
