Good layout : close to the supermarket and metro station. Spacious rooms with a place for third roller bed installation. Cleanliness : cleaning personnel was very polite and thoughtful. Additional thanks to Arvin who was in charge of cleaning room 601. He did his job professionally. Nice Yesterday’s bar on the ground floor with variety of food and drinks offering the best chicken wings. And of course super fast processing of the requests such as ice bowl bringing to the room.

The food was fresh everyday, different cuisine. Asian, Arabic, English etc. and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. If you don't see it on the buffet table, all you need to do is to simply ask. The room very clean, 5 star for real. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and happy to help. Amazing view of the creek. I would stay here again.

From check in to check out everything was exceptional. The reception staff , the security staff , the housekeeping staff were all so kind.

We spent 2 nights on Sheraton on a business trip, the location of the hotel is very good. You step out of the elevator on floor 2 and you are in the Mall of the Emirates. The metro station is a few minutes away in an air conditioned tunnel which comes very handy during rush hour. The rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. The mattress is very comfortable. Breakfast at Besh is very good with lots of options to have. You can book breakfast from the reception the day before it's much cheaper than paying at the restaurant

Absolutely fantastic stay - was so sad to leave. Every single staff member encountered was so friendly and welcoming - really made our visit, especially Gain, Silvia and Joanna in the Sheraton Lounge. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the rooftop pool was fantastic!

Fantastic staff from the concierge on duty to the reception staff. They always gave me the best recommendations for transport and tours. The Sheraton has buses running to malls and the beach. The rooftop pool is really great.
I chose classic King room as I was a solo traveller. It was spacious and well furnished. The chef at Purani Dilli baked some Almond croissants upon my recommendation. So, I had a really great stay there.
