I recently stayed at the Sheraton Resort for 5 days, and I can confidently say it was one of the best resort experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Whether I needed assistance with my room, restaurant recommendations, or just a friendly smile, they were always there. The resort facilities are top-notch. The pool area is beautifully maintained, the gym is well-equipped, and there are plenty of relaxing spots throughout the property. The views were absolutely stunning – whether from my room balcony or while dining, I was constantly surrounded by natural beauty. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts I could ask for. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough each day. Everything I needed was right there, and I never had to worry about a thing. Located in the center of Al Ain, Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain is in direct conjunction with Hili Mall. The three-story mall features about 120 retail outlets. The property also offers an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a tennis court. I want to thank the reception for the welcome... simply professional and amazing, the receptionist named Muhammad Shahin received us in a courteous and professional manner, explained everything to us properly, answered all questions, explained to us about the city and answered all questions, even those not related to the hotel and accompanied and explained everything :) Well done to Muhammad Shahin and the hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family, and we will return to the hotel.
