Irelandlocation was perfect. Right in Chinatown so walking distance to sights and food outlets. also excellent public transport close by to visit the Petronas Towers, Batu Caves etc . The bar and pool area were super for relaxing after sightseeing. Wow the views from the pool!

United Kingdombed and breaskfast were great. nice view of the city at the top floor where there is a decent sized pool and a bar. nice and friendly staff members who are polite and helpful. will book this place again in the future.

The breakfast wide variety, the facilities especially outdoor park, mini waterpark, kids club was very lovely and my daughter enjoy it to fullest. The staff were very friendly especially I'm Malaysian and of course I'm speaking Malaysia, they love to speak Malaysia with me. Some other hotel around KLCC their staff refuse to speak Malaysia eventho they are Malaysian. The staff very lovely attend all request from me and my children. They are very helpful and kids friendly. Thanks Four Points by Sheraton KLCC.

The Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur is truly exceptional! The staff is extremely courteous, going above and beyond in service, with a fantastic concierge who even arranged a magical trip to see fireflies. Cleanliness is not compromised here, luxury is present in every corner and the rooms offer absolutely amazing city views. The hotel's remarkable performance indeed reflects the highest standards in hospitality. A world-class stay I would highly recommend!

I hadn't stayed in The Sheraton in KL in many years but the room price was very attractive so I gave it a go and found that the common areas were as I remembered and the room I was given was recently renovated by the look of it. A very pleasant stay

We stayed 7 nights at Sheraton hotel . Reception stuff are helpful and kind . Cleaning is good . Location is also good.every night we could walk back to the hotel from twin towers.
Daily housekeeping.
Anything you need you could ask and was sent to your room.
