United StatesThe staff was so friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful toward the kids. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and steak dinner one night was too! The 'Family Room' type room was perfect for our family of four.

Reception worker specially Nina the supervisor restaurant worker specially Florence and Jennifer
The location and all over super this my second visit to Zurich and the same hotel and I think to come back again next year off-course as well in the Sheraton
