Housekeeping staff Jalil Ahmed and his supervisor Danish ensured my room was always spotless. Sherzaman provided outstanding service during breakfast at Wagha Border, making mornings delightful. I liked everything about this hotel. The staff especially were really Awsome and gave my family and I exceptional service. Mr Nadir at reception gave us a complimentary upgrade without me even asking. Sami who welcomes all guests with lovely coffee and dates is kind and makes you feel at home. Our room was always so clean thanks to Vijay and Mr Hassen. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. The only thing I didn't like was the shower in the bath. It made it difficult to climb in and out. The pool area and spa were really Awsome. The hotel is also linked to the mall and that is such a blessing. All in all this hotel and it's staff are by far one of the best in Dubai

The food was fresh everyday, different cuisine. Asian, Arabic, English etc. and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. If you don't see it on the buffet table, all you need to do is to simply ask. The room very clean, 5 star for real. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and happy to help. Amazing view of the creek. I would stay here again.
