The stay was excellent. I highly recommend this place. The place has everything you need plus privacy and quiet location compared to the busy city area. Had a great time here. The rooms are big and the hotel has many facilities that you can engage in. The gym and sauna were on next level and the bar upstairs was great. Special thanks to the HK staff who cleaned our room. They did a wonderful job. The front office staff were so friendly and helpful. Hats off to Vhanesa from the front office who did our checkout so efficiently and smoothly. And thank you to Parth and Fahad from FO who was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit again... 😁

It was our wedding anniversary and first time staying in Dubai. Staff was so helpful and kind. Thank you to Hamza for providing good price and upgrading our room. To Ayu for giving us fruit basket as anniversary gift. To Neena for cleaning our room. And to Restaurant Team it was nice especially the food. Free shuttle from Hotel to Mall was so helpful for us since we have baby and the weather is so hot. We will come back again soon. Thank you to all the staff.

The location was fine for us as we were there just for one night for a 9am flight from Sharjah the next morning. The staff at reception were very welcoming and we were able to check in early plus our room was upgraded, which was great! They gave us advice about travel time to the airport and even arranged an early breakfast to be sent to our room so we could check out early and flagged a taxi for us too! So helpful and much appreciated. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the buffet after an afternoon walk around the local area. Fascinating to see the city change from dusk to night from the 19th floor!!
