We fully enjoyed our stay at Full Moon Apartments. From the moment we checked in the manager, Ricky, was so helpful and gracious. He provided us with information on Hoi An , activities to and do, where to eat. He set up a tour for us last minute which was so helpful. He always had a smile on his face whenever we saw him. All the staff was that way, very friendly. The room itself was big (we didn’t have the one with a kitchen) lots of windows, comfy couch, and good sized bedroom and bathroom. The pool looked really nice but it was raining while there so we didn’t swim. The breakfast was tasty and the ladies who serve it up are so sweet. There are some excellent restaurants on the river right across the street or you’re about a ten minute walk from old town.

At the aparthotel, all units come with bed linen and towels. location was great, close to the center of old town but on a quiet street which was super duper good, especially after a few nights of hanoi traffic!!! staff were very friendly, and we so appreciated the free filtered water machine so we weren’t constantly going through plastic water bottles!!!

The main lobby is inviting, the room was great, and the owners are friendly and helpful. One of our hosts even delivered the bikes to the little restaurant we had gone to eat at once they were ready to go. They are trying to reduce their waste plastic etc, which I really appreciate.

There was a storm coming & they texted me that I can stay a day longer because no boats will leave the island. Since I had a flight I could check out a day earlier & leave immediately. They didn't charge anything for the night I left earlier. I would love to come back one day & stay longer. The island is awesome!

Fitted with a terrace and a seating area, each bungalow features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an electric kettle and a minibar. The en suite bathroom offers shower facilities, toiletries and a hairdryer. It was amazing how owner Hoi appeared exactly at the gate of the lovely 6-room villa to welcome us when we arrived after sunset. That was a good start to our very short one night stay. The guesthouse was beautiful and peaceful which was wonderful after spending time at the chaotic and somewhat touristy old town. Rooms were spacious with a relaxing balcony facing the pool and pond. Breakfast was made fresh from an ala carte menu. The bread was warm and perfect with butter and the homemade passionfruit jam. I wished we had stayed longer to explore the area. This lodging would be perfect for those who wished to experience Hoi An beyond the old town. It is still easy to get into the old town via Grab but one should take this chance to explore the villa surrounding with good restaurants nearby especially tok. Bar and Restaurant. Hoi also spoke good English and shared with us how his and his wife started this place about 10 years ago after quitting their job at hotels. It was thus no surprise this hidden gem could offer high-end hotel feel beyond the price with their experience.

I found this villa while looking for a quiet, green and peaceful place to stay, and that’s how I discovered Anchie Retreat Hoi An. Even though my stay was only for one night, it was truly a very pleasant and worthwhile experience. My flight arrived late and I reached the villa around 11 p.m., but Mr. Long, the security guard, welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and exactly as shown in the online photos. A small welcome card placed neatly on the bed was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room included a small kitchen with full cooking facilities, which was very convenient. One of my favorite features was the outdoor bathtub — a perfect way to relax after a long day. From the balcony, the view looked out over a quiet part of the city, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Free bicycles were also available, which was a nice bonus. Mia and Tú were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Hoi An.

What a magnificent place to stay at, after you have been personally checked in by Mahk (or the team) you instantly feel relaxed. Very spacious, 3 large bedrooms all with bathrooms and modern interior. The view from every room is amazing. We hadn't had enough time here, but will sure to come back to enjoy this slice of heaven. And Mahk being so very kind and accommodating definitely was the best service we had in all of our trip. Even our 10yr old said that! Thanks so much
