The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, every single team member we interacted with went above and beyond. The location is perfect, right in the 12 South neighborhood, so we could easily walk to restaurants, and it’s only about a 10-minute ride to Broadway. The room was great, and we loved that we could even cook if needed. There’s also a very cute rooftop, which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay there again!

Rating this place exceptional is an understatement. The room is so beautiful, and every inch of this room has been perfected by the owner as if it's his own house. All the stuff in the house is of fine quality, including kitchen utensils. On top of that there owner was so polite, accommodating, and helpful. We faced issues while opening our house, and we got instance support, and the owner let us stay a couple of hours more than the checkout time. This house is near to the downtown and is in prime location. No wonder all the weekends are booked into a month.

The location was excellent for the main attractions of Nashville. You can walk to Broadway within 15 mins. This was easier than having to drive to places. There is plenty of free parking which was useful and it's all undercover. We had 2 children and 2 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. We loved the balcony and watching the Groundhog family. The swimming pool is a welcome addition...we had a couple of warmer days and our children enjoyed winding down in the pool (although it's cold!) James was very responsive to messages when I needed to ask something.
