It's so well kept, and the staff work so hard to keep it that way despite the harsh conditions of the windward side coast. It's a traditional haven away from the stresses of the world! The staff are friendly and helpful - laundry can be done self-serve for a small fee, or they will take it in for slightly more. The grounds are stunning. There's ample free parking. We loved exploring Hana and the wild environment, and this was the perfect base for that.
