At the homestay, units have bed linen and towels. We stayed at Tim and Teresa’s place for one night during a roadtrip, but we really wished our stay was longer. We arrived at the property a bit late, and Teresa and her lovely dog Puck welcomed us with extreme kindness and home backed cookies (thank you Tim!) and fresh strawberries. The house was lovely, with a splendid view of the river and since we were the only guests that night, we were given a bigger room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was big and comfortable, there was WiFi, toiletries and everything necessary. We were also given coffee and cookies for the road in the morning. We really recommend Kings River Reflections and we wish Teresa and Tim all the best! Thanks again!

The apartment also has laundry facilities which was unexpected but fantastic so that I can leave without a giant mountain of laundry :)

Enjoying a meal with the stunning view of Mount Shasta in the background was unforgettable. Inside, the home is clean and spacious and gives off a warm, cozy, and homy atmosphere. The fireplace added the perfect touch of comfort, and the bathtub was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this place strikes the perfect balance. I would absolutely stay here again!
