The hotel staffs Mr. Ferhat, Mr. Roshan and another person, I forgot his name , all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with a warm smile and ready to assist with any request. This hotel was everything I needed and more I was in asian side of Istanbul turkey 🇹🇷 for surgery so I wanted a nice apartment hotel with kitchen balcony ect and this had it all and more The staff where unreal the receptionist where all so friendly so helpful the cleaning ladies where so nice all staff where fantastic way and above for me Anything I needed they helped me get there sorted food in for my arrival they helped way ordering in takeaways they pointed us in directions to small town center 5 min walk they sorted taxi they even sorted private 2 day tour with amed in his beautiful private luxury bus 👌 of Istanbul attractions Hotel was close to shops chemist cafes bakery ect I highly recommend 👌 this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
