Located in Pai, 300 metres from Pai Bus station, Baan Mai Sak provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The property is around 400 metres from Pai Night Market, 2 km from Wat Phra That Mae Yen and 7.8 km from Pai Canyon. Wat Nam Hoo is 3.8 km from the hostel and Tha Pai Hot Spring is 8 km away. The location is amazing - only 7 minutes walking from the night market, But still a quiet and calm place, which feels really homey. The owners of the place are a nice Thai couple who take care of everything needed (tidy up and clean the room and the toilet every day, you get a clean towel when you arrive). There are only 10 beds in the house (4 in a girls only room and 6 in a mixed room). The atmosphere is really cool - i met travelers from all over the world and we sat every evening in the balcony of the house - where you have nice places to sit (2 hammocks and pillows on the floor). There is a decent kitchen but I didn’t use it.

We booked and arrived within 1 hour, the hostess was so accommodating and even helped us with laundry and hiring a bike. We love the location and watching the wildlife from the balcony. Thank you 🥰

We liked the sauna very much, a lot of chairs, kitchen is well equipped, fridge was really big.

A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. I was genuinely impressed with this place. The layout of the house is great, and having a coffee machine with ground coffee ready to use was a real bonus. There’s a washing machine with detergent, a large fridge stocked with plenty of water bottles, and one bedroom even has its own private bathroom. The area is well lit at night, so walking to the Walking Street is easy and safe. Parking is available right in front of the house. A special shoutout to the host: we accidentally left money and a credit card in a drawer, and he handled the situation immediately and more than professionally. The whole place was spotless, and there’s a restaurant next door serving excellent Khao Soi. I’d stay here again without hesitation. The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, which worked perfectly fine for us.

Well set up with facilities such as fridge, washing machine and stove as well as laundry powder and insect spray. Very confortable and clean. Room had desk allowing for work space. Quiet and private. Area to park bikes etc

We took our time in our trip, surprisingly not moving to much around. It's far from everything, the road is in bad condition, the comfort is very basic: no shower, no hot water. But the place is wonderful
