Walking distance to the town centre w food and drink options. Our host was also kind enough to help confirm accessibility options as certain roads were closed. All round best home of my Slovenia trip and I wish my home looked more like this!

Located less than a 5 min drive from downtown Bovec allowed us to stay away from the crowds of the town. The apartment, as the pictures showed, is set with a beautiful green field and views of the mountains which was peaceful. Parking included and under the building was a plus. The building right next to a grocery store which was super convenient to get supplies - we decided to cook in one night which was a great break. Finally communication with Maja via booking.com was excellent. Very responsive, easy and clear check in and check out instructions (contact less). Also they were wonderful when we left our passports in the safe in the unit and they allows us to drive back and let ourselves back in to retrieve. So wonderful. Highly recommend.

If you’re not a fan of cooking, there are restaurants just a 3–5 minute leisurely walk away. And as a bonus — probably the most hospitable host I’ve ever met: Anze. Honestly, it’s worth coming back just for his morning treats and coffee. He does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
