No one knew. The host finally texted us the directions, but she should have done this the day before. That would have made the whole experience of getting in less frustrating.

The owner is very kind person. He solved our problem ASAP and did everything that we asked, even it was late evening. Our family eat every morning milk porridge so he brought for us bowls and some cups ASAP. I was surprised that he decided it. The cleaning impressed us, everything was amazing, all kitchen appliances and everything for the bathroom were there! Amazing flat and wonderful service!!!!
