There is a small table with 2 chairs on the balcony, which is nice to sit and have breakfast, for example. Elevator. This is a new apartment building complex. Lots of cafes and small markets around, the closest to us, was in the very same building. The complex itself is very nice, clean, and a lot of benches around just to sit in the evening. We really liked being there. 24/7 security. Very good isolation in the apartment (we are bad sleepers), it was really important for our family. Spacious bathroom. I recommend it 100%. Clean, nice, safe, and provide excellent support from stuff.
