We loved how secure and safe the building is. The view was exceptional, and even better than what we imagined. The host was very helpful and answered messages when we needed too. The location was great for us, out of the main square but so easy to get there. The apartment had everything you need. Very spacious and finished beautifully.

Very clear instructions via web reservation portal, which is easy to use and easy to follow. Owner was creating fast on our questions, so it was pleasure for accomodation. Appartement was cozy, good smell and clean. 13th floor assure you will not be disturbed from trafic. It was quiet night, no single sound from around apartments. You can visit roof on 18th floor, with nice view on city. We enjoyed stay here and will come back once for sure.

We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.
