Words can’t describe how good this place was,great location,apartments were beautiful and stylish. Tram station was close,there’s so many attractions in walking distance. Appartment had everything we needed. Private underground parking was cherry on top. Also staff was responsive and helpful.

We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.
