The apartments feature modern furniture, quality appliances, flat-screen TV’S and full kitchens and laundry facilities. The property is equipped with secure covered parking and lifts to all floors. Electric car-charging is available on site, with prior booking at the reception required. In a cute little neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and more all within walking distance. We had a car, so getting around was easy; most places in the city like the CBD, Parnell, Takapuna Beach and Albany were about 10–40 minutes away (even with traffic jam). The place had heaps of amenities too: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc. Really felt like a little home away from home. The bathroom floor and towel rack were heated, which was a nice touch, and the water pressure was pretty great. Everything was super clean! The A/C worked well, and the view was great! The air was so fresh and clean.

The location is perfect because it’s right next to Queen St, so you have everything nearby. The apartments are very comfortable and well-equipped. It’s quite peaceful, and there’s a pool and gym on the 8th floor. We had a very pleasant experience.

Rooms were beautiful and clean. It had a kitchen, so my daughter n I actually got to cook a meal, which is really nice when you're away from home.

Housed in a building dating from 2023, this apartment is 2.5 km from Sculptureum and 38 km from Gibbs Farm. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. What a beautiful property! The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful and soft linens. Everything we needed was there, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels for makeup removal, towels for showers and for the beach. Although we did not use the robes they were provided. This place is right in town and easy access to shops, breakfast, dinner and the Matakana Saturday Market which was a lot of fun! Wonderful A+ Host.

It was handy to do our washing and to hang it outside to dry.
