Great location! less than a 10-minute walk to the street with restaurants, and about 10–15 minutes to the main bus/train station. Truly a “guest room” experience, as the name suggests. Two kitchens (one large, one small), plus dining tables on each floor for guests to use freely. My room was quiet and the internet was fast and stable both in the room and common areas. Bathroom amenities were nice, and if you run out, you can easily get more from the cupboards on each floor without waiting. Room temperature, size, hangers, desk, and double bed were all comfortable and sufficient. Allowed me to leave my luggage inside before check-in time. Kitchen on top floor was clean and well-equipped. The building and rooms looked new. Visitor parking area is available. A big plus for those traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Stavanger!

A best location for a night stay before a hike to Pulpit Rock. This is not a hotel. A fully equipped house with small kitchen unit that you can find everything for a serious cooking. Bathroom is spacious with generous water pressure hot and cold. View from the unit can be ignored. You can reach the water front in 3 min by car. There is a small park for a pleasant stroll after dinner nearby. A big grocery store is just a min drive away. The host was waiting for us at the front so we had no difficulty at all finding our way into the unit.

All the necessary amenities were available in the apartment. The location was excellent—just a 3 to 4-minute walk to the Bekhuskaien bus stop, which made it very easy to reach the Stavanger bus station or travel anywhere around the city. On the back street, we also found plenty of food options. I highly recommend this apartment as it is close to all major attractions in Stavanger, such as Fiskepirterminalen (Ferry Terminal), Geoparken, the Norwegian Petroleum Museum, Fargegaten, and Byparken.
