Also some of the stuff (like pan or oven) were quite dirty (burnt food which was not cleaned properly), but plates, glasses etc were ok. There's also a washing machine in the bathroom and it also has heated floor, so in winter it was really nice. And the snowy views from the window were definitely awesome.

Renate and her husband are great hosts and it was super easy to communicate with them. The house is really good. It appears to have been refurbished (as least parts of it) but it is still a cosy traditional norwegian cottage by the mountains. The view from the house is incredible with the fjords. And if you're looking for a place to spot northern lights, this is the place to be. As it is outside of town (~25min by car), there are not many lights in the surrounding, so we could literally see the northern lights from the windows, from the balcony, and if you want a spot that is 100% dark, its just walking west for five minutes. I strongly recommend this place!
