Ideal location right beside the old town. The most helpful staff Elena who provided us with great restaurant recommendations, was able to do our laundry for us and to the other gentleman who helped carry our suitcases downstairs this morning. Would highly recommend, loved our stay here.

Luka, the host, was incredible! Helped us with every little thing we needed. When we had problems with our eSIMs, he spent hours to help us calling support centers, arguing for 2 days and finally going with us to a support center until everything was working. The location is walking distance to everything in Kotor (both old city and Dobrota's promenade). The private parking in this area is not common, and having one is a huge plus. The room itself is clean and cozy and has everything in it, from coffee machine to washing machine My wife and I highly recommend both Luka and the Apartments Time to all of our friends and everybody else.

Traveling through Montenegro, staying close to the sea is not enough. There are no open-access beaches—almost the entire coastline is under private management. But this hotel, folks, has its own private beach! You won’t be lying on a concrete slab with just a towel or next to someone else’s spot, because here you have your own sun loungers, umbrellas, and attractions like SUP boards and kayaks. Villa Dolce Rosa is an amazing place to stay. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean, and has a stunning view of the mountains and overlooks the bay. We really enjoyed the large and beautiful balcony - you can hear the church bells ring and listen to birdsong. It's only about an 8-minute walk to the Old Town gate and the port, but it feels peaceful and quiet. It's in a quiet neighborhood of Kotor, Skaljari, and is surrounded by private houses with beautiful gardens. In the other direction, it's a quick drive to nearby villages along the bay. The hosts are incredibly kind and generous. You couldn't do better in a 5-star hotel - they left us with local wine, beer, and a welcome platter of cheese and prosciutto canapés with olives. At Easter, they came up with Easter bread and painted eggs which was so thoughtful. The large bathroom was stocked with lovely shampoo and shower gel, and lots of nice towels. There was a big TV, a great modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, super Lavazza coffee machine, milk, juice and other supplies. There is a beautiful garden and somewhere to park. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Kotor - it will be hard to find a nicer place with such nice hosts anywhere. Our child did not want to leave!

We were a big group (eight young people) and our stay was even better than we could have imagined. The owner was extremely kind and understanding — he wasn’t upset at all despite our significant delay. He told us a lot about the area, gave us great advice about parking, beaches, and places to visit. He even treated us to some local products and always spoke with us with a big smile. The apartments were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — and the view was simply unforgettable. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. We highly recommend this place and truly hope to come back one day! 10/10! Amazing!
