The room was very nice and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking a stunning landscape. The heating worked well (it was cold weather in December), and additional warm blankets were offered. The hotel was very large and lovely. Abdul at the reception was so kind and helpful! The staff was all very welcoming and willing to assist with recommendations, bringing our suitcases to the room, etc. I felt at home at this hotel and I really enjoyed staying there.
