Detailed check-in instructions and information from the host. The coffee machine in the common area was a nice touch.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and its' location is perfect (close to all the main attractions of the city). Furthermore, the check-in / check-out procedure was super easy due to the detailed guidance that we received. The communication with the hosts is very easy as well, since they are always willing to assist you.
