The kitchen has very nice views too. The house is next to a busier road, but the windows are sound proof, so the traffic doesn't f disturb. Just next to the apartment there is a big market, supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, shops etc etc. Public transport connection is very good, the bus stop is 2 min walk and buses run every few minutes to all directions. Great communication with the friendly host.

The accommodation is non-smoking. Very clean, recently renovated apartment in a soviet era apartment block. Actually quite nice views - you can really watch the suburban life going on from your window. The location was great for us because we were attending sports competition in the nearby park/forest. However it is a quite far from center - about 15 min by car to the old town (on Sunday with no traffic jams). Note that the apartment is on Floor 7, there is a small soviet standard elevator - I think baby carriage would just a about fit in it. The elevator worked very well while we were there, but if not, you are in for some exercise :-)

First of all, the location is extremely convenient if you want to visit the sight in the city center. Check-in was self-service and extremely easy and convenient. The room was furnished with everything necessary for a long stay, including a kitchen with pots and pans, a large frige, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Everything in the room and bathroom was new and comfortable. The cleanliness was top notch. Last but not least, I am extremely grateful that I was allowed to leave my luggage a few hours before check-in and pick it up a few hours after checking out. This saved me a lot of inconvenience.

Lina was a great and very communicative hostess, we really did appreciate her directions and responsiveness. The loft was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed. Very nice bath and kitchen soaps. Nice linens and towels with a great shower, very comfortable bed and pillows. Personal touches like teas, coffee, creamer, sugar (very much appreciated). Minutes walk to old town and right next to Paulo Turgus - a very cool food hall with many restaurants, bars and cool shopping area right next door to the lofts!
