We stayed for 7 nights after we arrived in Tokyo. It's a great base from which to explore: near the metro if you need it, and otherwise walking distance to all the main sights in Shinjuku. It's nice to be somewhere a little more spacious and with a kitchenette and washer dryer. Very friendly at reception, easy check in. Family Mart right underneath, couldn't be more convenient. It's an apartment style hotel so you are provided with all you need to clean up as and when required, this really suited our style.

Location was easy and accessible. Short walk to the station and surroundings.

I love that they cleaned our room every three days, the couches were very comfortable and clean, the pijamas were quite large and fit both of us comfortably, the shampoo and conditioner was quite nice

The neighborhood was practical : close to the train station, shopping malls, supermarket, local restaurants and pharmacies. Not many sights or beautiful streets around but I guess that is why it’s a bit more affordable than other Mimaru hotels in more central locations. It was very easy to get to and from this location to wherever we needed to go in Tokyo.

It's close to the train station (less than 10 min walk) and to 2 different subway stations(both max 20 min walk). So easy to move to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa and everywhere else. We highly recommend it!
