The apartment was extremely clean. And the owner is very helpful and easy to contact. While I don't expect people in another country to speak my language, we were very happy that the owner spoke excellent English. We liked it so much we are coming back again after our pilgrimage around Shikoku.

My wife and kids loved Chika’s tea cup and tea collection. She has a booklet for people who stayed to write in so be sure to work on that.

Asty Tokushima is 40 km from the holiday home, while Mollusco Mugi Museum is 40 km away. Tokushima Awaodori Airport is 50 km from the property. The most amazing location - it's in the middle of the woods and next to a river - the location is simply amazing! Wish we stayed there longer. The smell of the pine trees, the forest and the river is probably the highlight of the stay. The location is very peaceful and you can see the stars properly if you go for a night walk. Well equipped - small kitchen with all you need for cooking, fridge, TV. Short drive to Tairyuji Ropeway

The host was exceptionally friendly and his place was beautiful decorated with the best futon and soft floor. And as an extra, he speaks very good English which makes everything so much easier. Best of all is the host, Megumi, who was super friendly, personable and helpful with local information. I was travelling solo but this would be a great place for a small group or family to stay.
