The apartment was big and fully-equipped (with a kitchen and washing machine). The bathroom was a bit traditional, including a shower for bathing and a bathtub for relaxing afterwards, which was really nice. * Nice location. The hotel is close to Shin Sekai, which has many places to eat (we could even see Tsutenkaku Tower from our window). Metro and train stations were 5-10 minutes away, making it easy to get around. * Modern hotel. It was a self-checkin/checkout hotel, with little interaction with hotel staff. They received our luggage from the previous hotel and left it in our apartment with our permission. The apartment was well-prepared and up to the standards of current travelers.

It was great to be able to use a washing machine in our room and not have to go to a coin laundry. Clean and comfortable room, largest we stayed in during our time in Japan. No staff on site but there are some lockers in the reception area you can use to store your luggage. A quiet spot but a short walk to multiple different train stations/lines as well as Shinsekai and Ebisu.
